Ishaat .org Collect from Baitul Ehsan, CR4  EN Hello, sign in Account & Lists Returns & Orders 0 Basket

Collect from your own mosque. No postage, ever.

Order anything on this site and choose Click & Collect at the checkout. We pick it, van it to whichever of the four counters you named, and text you when it is on the shelf. You collect it after Jumu'ah, or on your way home from work — and if you picked the wrong translation, there is somebody standing there to swap it.

How it works

Order online

Fill your basket as usual. At the checkout, choose Click & Collect and pick your counter. Nothing is charged for delivery.

We pick and van it

Everything is picked at Baitul Ehsan, where the stock lives. Orders for the other three counters go out on the van run — see each counter's lead time below.

We text you

You get a text and an email with a six-character collection code the moment your parcel is on the shelf. Do not set off before that message arrives.

Collect

Show the code — on your phone is fine. Somebody else can collect for you if they have the code and your order number. We hold parcels for two to three weeks depending on the counter, then return them to stock and refund you.

Questions people ask

Can somebody else collect for me?

Yes. Give them the collection code and the order number. We do not ask for photo ID for book orders, but the person at the counter may ask who the order is for.

What if I cannot get there in time?

Ring the counter before the holding period runs out and we will keep it back. Otherwise the parcel goes back into stock and you are refunded in full within five working days — you do not have to do anything.

Can I pay at the counter instead?

Not for a Click & Collect order — those are paid online. You can of course walk in and buy over the counter at Baitul Ehsan and Baitul Futuh, which take card and cash.

Can I return something at the counter?

Yes, at any of the four, within thirty days, unopened. Bring the order number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Collection is free on any order, including a single £2.50 children's book.
