How long it takes
Orders picked before 2pm on a working day leave Mitcham the same day. Tracked 48 means two working days after that, so most orders arrive within three. Boxed sets go on a heavier service and can take five.
Click & Collect depends on the counter — same afternoon at Baitul Ehsan, next day at Baitul Futuh and the Fazl Mosque, two working days at Islamabad. The Click & Collect page lists each one.
Sending something back
Thirty days, unopened, for a full refund including what you paid for delivery. Bring it to any of our four counters or post it to the warehouse with the order number inside. If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, we pay the return postage — email us first and we will send a label.
We cannot take back a Quran or any book that has been written in, but tell us what happened anyway; we would rather sort it out than have you stuck with it.
Outside the UK
We only ship within the United Kingdom. The Community's publications are distributed by a national Ishaat department in most countries — find yours through alislam.org — and everything we sell is free to read online anywhere in the world.
